Job DescriptionDue to organic growth we now need another Field Care Supervisor, you will be the bridge between the office team and care workers in the field. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered, maintained, and compliant with CQC standards.Key TasksQuality Assurance: Carry out spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals of care workers in the community and introductions between clients and care professionalsAssessment & Care Planning: Perform initial client assessments, develop, and regularly review person-centred care plans and assist with digital planningStaff Mentoring: Provide on-field support, instruction, and training to care staffCompliance: Ensure all services comply with health and safety regulations, CQC standards, and company policiesRelationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and care staffOn-Call: Participate in an out-of-hours emergency on-call rotaIdeal CandidateEssential:Working toward a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care or equivalentA valid Category B driving license is a genuine occupational requirement for this role due to the need to travel between remote sites where public transport is unavailableProven experience in the care sector and experience with MAR sheets & medication in a supervisory roleKnowledge and understanding of legislation & regulation specific to Health & Social Care including confidentiality, Equal Opportunities and GDPRConfident in care management technology including providing support and training to Care ProfessionalsYou have the right to work in the UK (we do not offer any form of Sponsorship)Excellent communication skillsDesirable:Level 4 English and IT literatePassion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients allowing them to continue to live in their own homesResilient, reliable, proactive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills and the ability to build a rapportDBS on the Update ServiceSupport with Scheduling when requiredQualificationsAdditional InformationWhat happens next?As soon as you apply, one of our friendly recruitment team will be in touch with you within 24-48 hoursWe will arrange an interview with youIf you’re successful, you can be working with us ASAPCongratulations!
