A leading Tier 1 General Contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Build) to oversee the delivery of a £300m new build data centre in London. This is a high‑profile, mission‑critical project where your leadership will directly influence programme success, quality, and safety.

The Position
- Lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works from pre‑construction through commissioning and handover
- Oversee programme, budget, quality, and safety compliance
- Collaborate closely with MEP, commercial, planning, design, and commissioning teams
- Direct senior reports and multidisciplinary teams, fostering high‑performance delivery
- Act as a strategic interface with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Could this role be for you?
- Proven experience as Senior Project Manager or Contracts Manager delivering CSA packages on projects £150m+
- Experience on hyperscale, mission‑critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, or high‑risk commercial projects
- Strong technical knowledge across civil engineering, building structures, concrete, steel
