This Chambers and Legal 500 accredited outfit seek a Senior Commercial Property/Real Estate Associate Solicitor 5+ PQE to join their expanding team.

The quality of work is second to none; it includes but not limited to management advice, property funding, Sales & Purchases, Landlord & Tenant and the handling of more complex matters.

Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable.

Requirements & Salary:

You will be a Commercial Property/Real Estate Senior Lawyer 5+ PQE

You will be a dynamic and personable individual

You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships

This role requires somebody to bring a small following/network of clients with them

Salary is highly competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
