Digital Analytics Manager | London (Hybrid) | Up to £65,000 + Benefits

Zachary Daniels are delighted to be partnering with a growing, customer-focused retail business that is investing heavily in its data and digital capability, to recruit a Digital Analytics Manager.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving digital analytics strategy and enabling data-led decision making across marketing, ecommerce, and customer functions. You’ll take ownership of analytics platforms, lead on data integration initiatives, and play a central role in shaping how data is used to drive performance and growth.

Own and manage digital analytics capability across the business, with a focus on GA4 and GTMManage external analytics partners, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectivesLead the development and execution of a centralised data strategy to support insight generationDrive marketing measurement across multiple brands, delivering insight into performance and ROIDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI and LookerLead initiatives around customer segmentation and performance marketing optimisationOversee data accuracy, tracking, and implementation including GA4 optimisation and tag managementContribute to the development of a centralised data warehouse (GCP, BigQuery)Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are metAbout You:

Deep expertise in GA4 and Google Tag Manager (essential)Strong understanding of digital tracking, attribution, and marketing performance measurementExperience working with BI tools such as Power BI or LookerFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts and tools (GCP, BigQuery)Experience managing external partners or agenciesCommercial mindset, able to translate data into actionable insightsStrong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leadersThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Digital Analytics Manager to take ownership of a critical function within a business that is genuinely investing in data, with the chance to shape strategy, improve performance, and drive measurable impact.
