Leasehold Partnerships Officer
Salary: £39,500 per year
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 36.25 hours per week (days and times to be agreed during interview)
Location: Hybrid – weekly presence in any of our Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston offices
Snapshot of your role
- Support the drafting, review, and renewal of leases, management agreements, and transfer documents
- Maintain accurate records of portfolio expiry dates, ensuring timely renewals and terminations
- Provide advice to internal teams on lease and agreement requirements to ensure consistency and compliance
- Work with external partners regarding contractual obligations and service delivery
- Monitor rent accounts, manage arrears, and ensure charges are accurate in line with agreements
What you'll need to thrive in this role
- Knowledge and experience of leases, freehold transfers, and management agreements
- Ability to understand and interpret complex contractual information
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- A proactive and resourceful approach, with the confidence to suggest improvements
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure across both short‑ and long‑term priorities
