What You'll Be Doing
The Comms Lead is responsible for migrating regulated, high-volume communications from legacy financial services systems into a modern CCM solution. The role defines communication architecture, modular standards, and governance frameworks to ensure compliant, scalable, auditable communication delivery.
- The Comms Lead will design, catalogue and govern the high-risk communication architecture within the new CCM platform. Focuses on comms detail: locking down communication governance and creation.
- The role will define modular content standards, template design patterns and build principles to ensure communications are scalable, compliant, commercially efficient and digitally aligned.
- Working alongside the Customer Journeys Lead for Migration, a key measure of success is the establishment or sustainable standards and communication architecture self-sufficiency by the end of the term.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience of leading the migration of communications from line of business systems to a CCM in complex or large-scale organisations within Financial Services
- Experience building communication architecture from scratch
- Ability to reverse-engineer legacy rules and map into CCM platforms
- Document business rules, triggers, decision trees, and dynamic content
- Map current-state logic to the CCM platform’s capabilities
- CCM platform expertise: Template strategy, design and layout composition
- Development of variable content logic (conditions, rules, expressions)
