We're looking for an experienced Regional Support Manager to support and strengthen our children's residential homes across the North. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll step in to support homes, develop managers, and ensure outstanding standards of care for children and young people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Registered Managers and teams where extra leadership is needed
- Delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance improvement
- Carrying out audits and improving service quality
- Providing interim management where required
- Ensuring homes deliver safe, nurturing, child-focused care
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in children’s residential care
- Knowledge of Ofsted & safeguarding regulations
- A confident leader who can support and develop teams
