Growth Marketing Manager

We’ve partnered with an ecommerce growth and data partner in their search for a Growth Marketing Manager who will execute and optimise campaigns across a portfolio of high‑growth DTC brands.

The team blends technical marketing expertise with deep commercial insight to accelerate brand performance at scale.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the operational heart of some of the most disruptive ecommerce businesses — implementing growth strategies and driving day‑to‑day performance.

The Role

• Work closely with the Head of Growth to implement multi‑channel strategies, manage day‑to‑day campaign performance, and drive tactical improvements that deliver measurable results
• Dive deep into campaign data, testing creative variations, and iterating quickly to improve performance
• Execute multi‑channel growth strategies across Meta, Google Ads, email/SMS, and other performance channels
• Implement A/B tests across ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Monitor daily performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates)
• Identify performance trends and opportunities for immediate tactical improvements
• Execute rapid testing protocols to improve campaign efficiency and scale
• Manage campaign budgets and pacing to hit monthly and quarterly targets
• Build and maintain performance dashboards for internal team and client reporting
• Conduct deep‑dive analysis on campaign performance, audience insights, and analyse creative performance data to identify winning concepts and scaling
