We’re now looking for a proactive, detail driven Quality Assurance Assistant to help us deliver outstanding products and join our friendly and fast‑paced team at Lyons Park, Coventry.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
- Carry out quality checks on finished products, raw materials and samples.
- Lead bun scoring sessions and communicate results to production teams.
- Support food safety, GMP and CCP verification across the bakery.
- Complete internal audits, investigate issues and drive root cause analysis.
- Manage sample collection, documentation, traceability checks and SAP entries.
- Assist with customer complaints, product training and audit preparation.
- Conduct equipment calibrations and update weekly QA reports.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in FMCG and previous QA experience (essential).
- HACCP Level 3, Food Safety Level 3 and Internal Auditor training preferred.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, high attention to detail and a “can‑do” mindset.
- Confident using Excel, Word, SAP or similar systems.
- Internal Auditor training (desired).
- Fast‑moving bakery environment with flour/dust exposure.
- Occasional work at heights and flexibility required during busy periods.
- Supportive and dynamic team culture with opportunities to get involved beyond core duties.

Location Requirement
You should be able to commute reliably to Coventry or be willing to relocate before starting.
