Director – RWE – Innovative Healthcare Consulting Group

The role:

• Lead/oversee a range RWE studies for Global Pharma/Biotech clients
• Line manage & guide a talent team of technical experts
• Stay close to delivery, providing senior level oversight on studies, QC, guidance on protocols/methods, typically leading teams of 3-6
• Contribute to BD, scoping out client needs, converting RfP’s, expanding flowing warm accounts
• Work in a highly collaborative team providing integrated solutions across RWE, HEOR & Market Access
• Contribute to a considered and credible approach to utilising AI alongside tried and trusted methodologies

Ideal profile:

• Experienced RWE study lead/team lead – preferably with several years relevant consulting experience
• Comfortable with BD, scoping needs, expanding relationships
• Hands on programming/execution of analysis not required, great resources in place for this!
• Experience in a ‘Sell & Deliver’ role
