We are working on behalf of a fast-scaling education organisation delivering transformational programmes for 10–18-year-olds across the UK.
With ambitious national growth plans (100+ live programmes annually), they are now seeking an outstanding Operations Manager – Events to lead operational delivery, quality and commercial performance.
Charity, Entrepreneurship, Fully funded, Boot camps to be delivered alongside Innovative Multimedia training courses designed for young people, Accredited by UCL
The Operations focused Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a growing national events calendar
- Build scalable operational systems and processes
- Manage facilitators and guest speakers
- Act as key contact for school partners
- Oversee budgets, margins and programme KPIs
- Ensure exceptional on-the-day delivery
The Profile
- 3+ years’ operations experience in events, training or programme management
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong financial and operational oversight
- Confident stakeholder management skills
- Calm, solutions-focused and commercially aware
