Role Overview

Our key client based in Wakefield is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator with strong language skills, ideally fluent in French and German. French language capability is considered essential, with German being highly desirable.

This role will support client-led, process-driven administrative activities within a regulated environment. The successful candidate will be required to follow structured procedures, utilise client-specific systems, and ensure accuracy in all administrative and financial-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality administrative support across day-to-day operations
  • Accurately following client-specific processes and ensuring compliance with required regulations
  • Using multiple internal and external systems to manage and update information
  • Supporting financial administration activities, including:
    • Cross-checking costs and documentation
    • Ensuring accuracy of figures and data
    • Investigating and resolving discrepancies
    • Maintaining accurate records and documentation at all times
  • Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders, communicating in French and/or German where required
  • Ensuring work is completed in line with compliance and audit standards

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a process-driven or regulated environment
  • Fluent or professional-level French (essential)
  • German language skills (highly desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidence working with systems and structured processes
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while adhering strictly to defined procedures

Additional Information

  • This is a fully office-based role, Monday to Friday
  • The client is open to candidates who are particularly strong in one language, with preference given to those fluent in both French and German
