Job Overview

Air Conditioning Engineer – Permanent, Full Time. Salary up to £40,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday, bank holidays and pension. Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, with overtime and on‑call available. Location: Darlington, County Durham, mobile across two sites. Start date: Immediate.

Responsibilities

• Planned and preventative maintenance
• Fault finding and carrying out repairs on all mechanical and HVAC equipment
• Processing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive jobs, diagnosing defects, repairing and performing testing
• Carrying out work safely and efficiently
• Building relationships with customers on site
• Working with air handling units, VRV, VRF, VAV and FAT boxes
• Managing valves, pumps and HVAC equipment, including F‑Gas
• Control systems

Requirements

• Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer
• Multi‑skilled
• F‑Gas certification
