Software Engineer

We’re growing our engineering team and looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and evolve an advanced resource planning platform used by organisations across the UK and beyond

What You’ll Be Doing

• ✔ Building and maintaining features across front-end and back-end systems
• ✔ Working closely with product managers and engineers to deliver well-designed solutions
• ✔ Writing clean, testable, maintainable code
• ✔ Contributing to platform performance, scalability, and reliability
• ✔ Taking part in code reviews and agile ceremonies
• ✔ Supporting automated testing and quality-first development
• ✔ Commercial experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer
• ✔ Comfortable working across the stack and learning new technologies
• ✔ Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• ✔ A collaborative mindset and clear communication style
• ✔ Passion for building user-focused, high-quality software
• ➕ SQL Server or relational database experience
• ➕ Exposure to Microsoft Azure
• ➕ Familiarity with messaging systems (e.g. Azure Service Bus)

Remote-first working with occasional Edinburgh collaboration days
