About the Role

Technology Partnerships Manager – Enterprise Partnerships – Chief Client Office
Function: The Chief Client Office (CCO) proactively engages customers, industry groups and key stakeholders to create measurable value for S&P Global and a better customer experience. Within the CCO organization, the Client Coverage team accelerates growth through strategic partnership with key accounts. The team drives cross‑functional collaboration and alignment to deliver holistic solutions, drive long‑term engagements, and maximize customer success.
Team: The Technology Partnerships team drives S&P Global’s most critical technology partner relationships. We value strategic thinking, relationship excellence, and collaborative leadership as we partner with key hyperscalers, data platforms and AI/LLM platforms to expand market reach and deliver innovative solutions to our global client base.
Impact: The Technology Partnerships team is a key pillar within the Enterprise Partnerships function.
Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Head of Partnerships to develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that align with S&P Global’s business objectives, especially focusing on co‑collaboration, co‑invest, co‑build and GTM opportunities
- Work with the CCO and divisions to drive revenue growth, both direct and indirect, across multiple divisions for key technology partners
- Lead negotiations and structure complex partnership agreements with frontier partners where commercial expertise is a prerequisite to successful execution
- Build and maintain senior relationships with key strategic technology partners, serving as a primary point of contact for executive‑level discussions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Product, Technology, Legal, and Business Development to ensure successful partnership integration and execution
- Identify emerging market opportunities and evaluate potential partnership prospects through comprehensive market analysis and due diligence
- Drive partnership performance through regular business and C‑Level reviews, KPI tracking, and optimisation of partnership terms and structures
- Lead a small team of senior partnership managers to deliver high‑performance results
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $150,481 to $263,788 USD (based on location, experience, skills, certifications and other factors). Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits. (For details on benefits, see the company benefits portal.)
What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development or relationship management within financial services or technology sectors
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex partnership deals
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in partnership economics and ROI analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives and external stakeholders
- Track record of building and scaling partnership programs from inception to maturity
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- MBA preferred
