About the role
As a Field Sales Consultant,you'llplay a key role in driving commercial growth across your territory byidentifying,developingand converting new business opportunities. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close,you'lldeliver tailored solutions across energy,telecomsand insurance, working closely with our pricing and operations teams to deliver the right outcomes for customers.
This is a consultative, relationship-led sales role where credibility,resilience,and commercial acumen matter.You'llengage directly with small business owners, understanding their challenges andidentifyingopportunities to add value through expert advice and tailored recommendations.
Success in this role comes from building strong local relationships, generating repeat business and referrals, and consistently delivering against commercial targets.You'llalso provide valuable market insight and customer feedback to help shape future sales strategy and continuous improvement across the business.

- Interview with the Divisional Sales Manager- combining role-based competency questions and a task (guidance provided ahead of time)
- A field-based observation session-approx.2-3 hours in the field with one of our Regional Sales Managers
