About C TWO
C TWO is a hyper-automation orchestration platform helping global enterprises manage complex technology environments and mission-critical operations at scale.
While many vendors are now pivoting toward orchestration in response to the rise of Agentic AI, C TWO has been building in this space for years. In November, the company launched its Agentic Management Platform, positioning itself at the centre of a rapidly emerging category.
About the role
We’re looking for a Product Manager with strong commercial and technical acumen, to help shape and deliver our highly technical B2B platform used by enterprise customers to orchestrate, govern, and optimize automation at scale. You’ll work closely with the CPTO and Product Lead to translate customer and business needs into clear product direction – the “what and the why” – and work closely with design and engineering to help define “how” we deliver. You’ll ensure we ship valuable, usable, and commercially impactful capabilities.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, customer outcomes, and execution: you’ll be comfortable going deep into technical details with engineers, while also taking a long-term view of how product investments drive customer value and business results.
What you’ll do
Product strategy & roadmap
- Provide input and feedback on product strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and long-term direction.
- Connect near-term feature delivery to long-term outcomes (customer value, platform strategy, and business impact).
Customer discovery & voice of customer
- Act as the voice of the customer by running discovery, gathering early feedback, and validating problems before development.
- Synthesize insights from customer conversations, support/CS feedback, market research, and product data into clear priorities.
Requirements & prioritization
- Translate customer and business needs into well-structured product requirements (problem statements, success metrics, functional & non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria).
- Own prioritization within features, balancing customer impact, technical feasibility, time-to-value, and commercial value.
Cross-functional delivery
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design through discovery, delivery, and iteration bringing clarity, trade-offs, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with design and engineering, to deliver features aligned with the requirements and support in testing new functionality.
- Partner with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership to drive go-to-market readiness by supporting positioning, launch narrative, and input into packaging/pricing.
Enablement, documentation & launches
- Own product documentation updates (internal) to ensure features are understandable, and supportable.
- Plan and run enablement sessions for internal teams (Sales, CS, Support) to drive consistent messaging and effective customer adoption.
- Support early feedback programs (e.g., beta/early access) to shape the feature before broad rollout and reduce launch risk.
Market & competitive awareness
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and guide innovation.
What we’re looking for (Requirements)
- Proven Product Management experience shipping B2B software products
- Strong technical acumen: able to understand complex systems, and collaborate effectively with engineers (APIs, integrations, identity/access, reliability/performance concepts, etc.).
- Ability to zoom in/out: go deep into detail when needed, but also drive high-level direction and decision-making that maps to strategy.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable using data to shape hypotheses, prioritize, and measure impact.
- Experience with agile product development and working in cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication: can create crisp requirements and acceptance criteria, align stakeholders, and communicate trade-offs clearly.
- Commercial mindset: can articulate how product investments support adoption, retention, expansion, differentiation, and revenue.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI, automation, orchestration, RPA, workflow platforms, or adjacent enterprise domains.
