Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care and emotional support to patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, dressing, toileting, and feeding as required.
- Participate in activities with patients, promoting their overall well-being.
- Conduct clinical observation duties, such as monitoring body temperature and administering medication.
- Follow policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare colleagues.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
- Good written skills for maintaining care plans and records.
- Willing to apply for an enhanced access NI
