Office Manager / Executive Assistant
Location: MayfairSalary: £40,000 – £50,000 discretionary bonus (25–60%)Working Pattern: 4 days in office / 1 day WFH

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join the firm during a period of transition, working closely alongside the current Office Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
This is a varied and dynamic role, combining office management, executive support, and light operational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys being the “go‑to” person in the office, with a flexible, hands‑on approach and a willingness to support across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management (40%)
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the office
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facilities (e.g. printers, phones, utilities)
- Ensure the office environment is well‑organised, fully stocked, and running smoothly
- Act as the central point of contact for general office needs
- Executive Assistant Support (40%)
- Provide support to senior management, including diary and travel coordination
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars where required
- Support ad‑hoc administrative tasks across the team
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Operations Support (20%)
- Assist with payment processing and basic financial administration
- Liaise with the operations team on relevant tasks
- Provide additional support in operational processes where needed
Additional Responsibilities
- Support internal events and social activities
- Contribute to maintaining a positive, inclusive office culture
- Take ownership of the role and proactively identify areas for improvement
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Teams
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, “no task too small” mindset
- Experience in a small, boutique environment preferred
- Additional language skills (particularly Russian or Eastern European languages) are advantageous
- Events experience is desirable
Working Hours
- Standard hours: 8:30am – 5:30pm
