Senior Security & Compliance Leader – AI & SaaS

Wordsmith is seeking a Senior IT Security & Compliance Lead to own the security and compliance program as we scale in Edinburgh. You will define multi-year security strategy, govern SOC 2 and ISO certification efforts, and embed responsible-AI practices across product development.

You will lead privacy operations, manage vendor risk, and build a small team, collaborating with executives, engineering, legal, and sales to protect the business and enable growth.
