Recruitment Resourcer – Real Estate Private Equity & Investment
Madison Berkeley is very excited to be partnered with a top performing PE Fund looking for an Investment Analyst to join their team in London.
As Analyst, the successful candidate will gain end-to-end exposure of the full investment cycle, from initial sourcing to DD and completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the investment team in analysing acquisition opportunities, preparing financial models, and conducting market research
• Assist with underwriting deals, including gathering and critically analysing rental and sales comparable evidence, yield analysis and condition reporting
• Participate in on-site portfolio reviews to understand refurbishment outcomes, operational performance and investment drivers
• Work closely with property managers, refurbishment teams, and letting agents to gain holistic insight into asset performance
• Help to produce internal investment decks, board materials, and reporting packs
• Help to identify areas of the existing portfolio with optimisation potential and assist with subsequent projects
• Engage in a real-world case study and present findings to senior management as part of your development
• 2 years working in an Investment Analyst role within Real Estate.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills, familiarity with financial modelling a plus
• Critical thinking skills and a drive to want to solve problems
• Willingness to travel frequently in the UK during the training period
• Highly motivated, inquisitive, and eager to learn
• Very strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
