Key responsibilities
Responsible in driving revenues into the business through your programmatic agency connections via commercial and strategic initiatives to meet revenue goals, ad delivery, ad quality and compliance standards.
Building and maintaining an active and up-to-date revenue pipeline, development of relevant contacts that include key contacts within agencies and clients, including programmatic and digital.
Work with the commercial leadership team to implement strategies to deliver programmatic advertising revenue delivery.
Collaborate with ad ops to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing optimisation of programmatic partnerships.
To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Strong experience in programmatic revenue generation
- Own a list of relevant agency programmatic specialist contacts
- Digital advertising platforms (e.g., DSPs, DMPs)
- CTV experience will be preferable.
- Knowledge of ad formats and industry standards (e.g., IAB guidelines)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
What does success look like?
Reporting into the Director of Digital Sales, success will be based on revenue delivery. Hitting monthly revenue targets which you will be bonused on.
Managing and building successful agency relationships and optimising yield while aligning with internal stakeholders and owning the technical onboarding of new programmatic demand partners.
