Our Estate Agent client is looking for a well presented, polished and motivated Estate Agent Valuer who is seeking a fresh and exciting challenge. Estate Agent Valuation Manager Purpose of Role:

• Value and take instructions on properties for sale
• Progressing Sales through to completion
• Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to
• Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere

Key Requirements:

• Estate Agency Experience including proven track record in Valuations
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills
• You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
