Inthis role youll support the management of contracts and help us to providecrucial services to our patients, staff and visitors.
Youllwork with external contractors and internal colleagues to ensure the serviceswe deliver meet the needs of our clinical colleagues and patients across theentirety of Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
Thiscould include working with our linen contractor, catering suppliers, pestcontrol and more. Your careful administrative skills and attention to detailwill play a big part in ensuring we can deliver safe and effective care atLeeds.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent
- Must be willing to attend relevant training courses
- Basic computer/typing qualifications
Experience
- Knowledge of a wide range of administrative procedures including finance
- Knowledge of databases and how to generate reports
- Competent in word processing, spreadsheet packages and in using database.
- Knowledge of the NHS Work experience in a health or social care setting
- Personal or work experience of working with diversity eg. disabled people, people from different cultures
Skills & Behaviours
- Well organised and able to work on own initiative
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Able to relate effectively to a wide range of people with good interpersonal skills
- Multi-lingual and/or in British Sign Language would be a bonus
