Quest Search & Selection is currently recruiting for aPerformance Marketing Manager. The role is to deliver scalable, profitable growth across all digital acquisition channels. It owns the performance marketing strategy, execution, and optimisation, with a strong emphasis on data-led decision making.

The company we are partnering with is a multi-channel B2C consumer business.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Performance Marketing Manager role:

  • Manage key channels ( PPC, affiliates, paid social, display, app) and agency performance.
  • Own a seven-figure budget and lead bid optimisation.
  • Build and track performance marketing forecasts against KPIs, with regular reporting.
  • Develop testing roadmaps to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee SEO (via an agency), email, and SMS to improve acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Align digital activity with marketing, loyalty, and trading strategies.
  • Deliver projects to enhance digital effectiveness and support brand campaigns.
  • Lead and develop team member, contributing to overall eCommerce performance.

To be successful in this Performance Marketing Manager role :

  • Ideally having experience as performance/digital marketing specialist or manager with a track record of driving high-volume, efficient revenue growth, ideally in retail, hospitality, leisure or eCommerce.
  • Working knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CMS tools (e.g. WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and measurement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimising agency performance.
  • Proficient in A/B testing and CRO to enhance the acquisition funnel.
