Business Partner – Commercial Finance
Location: Shepherd’s Bush (4 days onsite)
A UK‑leading entertainment giant is seeking an experienced Business Partner to support their commercial team with insightful analysis and data‑driven decision‑making.
This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to influence the performance of key commercial functions across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee functional reporting, planning, and analysis for commercial areas.
- Build robust business cases to support strategic initiatives.
- Provide support and challenge to heads of commercial functions, ensuring decisions are underpinned by accurate data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive commercial performance and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in Commercial Finance & FP&A.
- Background in multi‑store retail or B2C environments.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and Data Visualization platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience within B2C businesses preferred.
Reporting Line
- Directly to the Director of Commercial Finance.
