- Operate and maintain the HSMaaS offering, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery and 100% availability.
- Manage customer onboarding, service delivery, and large-scale migrations across data centers or HSMs with no service disruption.
- Lead the opening of new data center instances globally, including due diligence, procurement, setup, and audits.
- Oversee change control processes, infrastructure upgrades, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security audit requirements by maintaining evidence and enforcing operational procedures.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with a background in high-availability service operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent projects in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
- Strong technical knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, TLS, firewalls), infrastructure operations, and data center environments.
- Experience with problem solving, incident analysis, and operational logging in secure service settings.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly understand complex systems.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills in English, with a customer-focused and security-oriented mindset.
