Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of commercial sales strategy across B2B and B2C channels
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a growing sales team to achieve ambitious targets
- Analyse market trends to shape competitive solutions and pricing models
- Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and commercial insights for senior leadership

- Proven experience in a senior sales role within logistics, transport, or supply chain
