Location: Colwick, Nottingham
Hours: Onsite Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00

Role Purpose
As Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insight and support to the Colwick site, helping managers understand their numbers and make informed decisions. You will also support month end processes and lead or mentor a small team, driving improvements across processes and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with cost centre managers, acting as their sounding board for financial questions and helping them understand their numbers.
- Review performance across the Colwick site, providing clear, actionable insights that support decision making.
- Support financial forecasting and budgeting, working with managers to identify trends, key spends, and risks.
- Take a hands on role in weekly and month end reporting, including revenue, costs, debt management, and invoice queries.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across finance processes.
- Be a visible presence on site, getting to know operations, understanding challenges, and supporting colleagues at all levels.
What We Are Looking For
- Finance experience in industry such as manufacturing, services, or other relevant sectors.
- Qualified or part qualified accountant AAT, CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, able to explain finance clearly to non finance colleagues.
- A team player with the confidence to build relationships and support decision making.
