Location: Mobile – South West (Ideally located on the M4 Corridor)


Hours: 40 Hours, Monday to Friday

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Energy Manager to join our established team, delivering energy and carbon reduction strategies across a diverse customer portfolio.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement energy strategies across multiple sectors, including commercial, healthcare, manufacturing and logistics

  • Deliver energy savings through Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and optimised building performance initiatives

  • Conduct energy audits and produce detailed reports identifying opportunities to reduce energy, water consumption and cost

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support delivery of energy-saving initiatives

  • Analyse utility and operational data (e.g. BMS, metering) to identify trends and improvement opportunities



What we're looking for



  • Proven experience in energy management, sustainability or a similar technical role

  • Knowledge of Building Management Systems, ideally worked as a BMS Engineer in a prior role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret energy and operational data

  • Experience delivering energy efficiency projects and carbon reduction initiatives

  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Hold Engineering Qualification (such as Bachelor's Degree, City & Guids etc)

  • Hold or working towards Charted Status
