Our client is a highly regarded name within the hard asset finance sector. A rare opportunity has arisen for a head of customer relationship management to join their Manchester based team.
This is a newly created role, reporting to the Head of Operations, responsible for overseeing the customer relationship function.
Responsibilities
- Coach, mentor and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
- Work closely with other stakeholders in the business to ensure smooth client onboarding, ensuring an efficient service to customers
- Monitor quality through performing oversight checks, reviewing operational data, and identify any training issues and process improvements
- Monitor forward capacity management, ensuring resource availability around busy periods
- Ensure that the team are processing all requests for in-life tasks such as settlement quotes, agreement settlement, reschedules etc.
Qualifications
- Proven team management experience
- Understanding of the asset finance marketplace (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to think creatively to solve problems
