Responsibilities

• P&L Ownership: Oversee the regional P&L, driving revenue and EBITDA.
• Operational Excellence: Implement efficient processes for productivity and cost management.
• Partner to shape branding and market penetration for core offerings.
• Define product and technology roadmaps for competitive customer solutions.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align operations, sourcing, and finance to deliver top performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
• Financial and Risk Management: Ensure compliance and accurate forecasting.
• Mitigate contractual risks and reduce legal costs with effective oversight.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in strategy, operations, business management, or sales.
• Senior-level advisory or leadership experience, e.g., Sales Leader or General Manager.
• Proven track record in driving growth and financial performance.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in P&L management.
• Experience with Financial Pulse and Sales Management Operating Systems.
• Industry experience in technical or project-based environments is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate at strategic and tactical levels.
• Proven capability to develop high-performing teams.
