General Manager

We’re looking for a driven and people-focusedGeneral Managerto lead one of our flagship sites, delivering strong commercial performance, operational excellence, and an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll take full ownership of your site, leading your team to bring Honi Poke’s guest-first hospitality to life every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver high performance
• Create a culture of exceptional, memorable hospitality
• Own site-level P&L, including sales, labour, and cost control
• Ensure consistent food quality, service, and brand standards
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up)
• Background in hospitality or food retail
• Strong commercial awareness and P&L ownership
• Passion for people development and team engagement
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
