If that excites you, join our CRM team as a Salesforce developer and report to an Engineering Manager. You will be responsible for developing customised solutions that support the workflows on the Salesforce platform.
Your Role Includes
- Participate in design conversations and administer world‑class Salesforce applications for our evolving CRM Organisation
- Lead the growth of Salesforce
- Design and create workflows, case management and integrate with third‑party SaaS systems
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs
- Write documents and maintain the “Wiki” architectural catalogue
- Maintain the security and integrity of the application software
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
What You’ll Bring
- Be a Salesforce Administrator / Developer with a strong understanding of Apex and coding standards, having worked in a regulated industry
- Comprehensive understanding of Experience Cloud
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem‑solve high‑level issues
- Preferred experience with Conga CPQ, GearSet, Copado or similar deployment tooling, Jitterbit or similar IPaaS, DocuSign and Doc Gen

Hiring Process
- Application – a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements and let you know within two weeks whether you’re moving forward.
- Screening – 30‑45 minutes speaking to a recruiter to discuss the role and your fit (phone or Teams video call). You’ll hear back within seven days.
- First Interview – one hour with a hiring team member to focus on skills, competencies and working style, plus time for your questions.
- Second Interview – competency‑based interview with one or more team members.
- Final Stage – a 45‑60 minute meeting with the Head of Department.
