Overview

The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading school to recruit a fantastic Development and Alumnae Relations Officer role. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in cultivating relationships with alumnae and supporting development initiatives to enhance community engagement and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with alumnae, fostering a vibrant and connected community.
  • Plan and organise events, networking opportunities, and communication campaigns to engage alumnae and stakeholders.
  • Support donation campaigns and fundraising activities, helping to achieve organisational financial goals.
  • Manage communication channels, including newsletters and social media, to promote events and highlight success stories.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop strategies for alumni engagement and development growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, contributions, and engagement efforts.

Person Specification

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in relationship management, fundraising, or community engagement.
  • Proficiency in social media, email marketing, and other digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A proactive approach with a passion for fostering community connections.

What’s on Offer

Salary: £34,000 – £36,000 per annum

Working Pattern: 4 days on-site, 1 day from home
