We are working with a top-tier national law firm based in Belfast for a Solicitor to join their Corporate team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will join a market-leading corporate team, advising on areas including M&A, corporate restructurings, private equity, buy-outs, joint ventures, and more. The candidate will work on cross-border transactions, with some of the largest companies from a range of industries.
- 3+ years’ PQE;
- Corporate/M&A background;
- Excellent academics;
- Technically excellent;
- Ability to work independently and as a team;
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent salary package (commensurate with experience);
- Work with leading clients in NI;
- Friendly and collegiate team;
- Opportunity to progress within the firm.
