Hansen Filler is a boutique Executive Search and Interim recruitment firm specialising in Finance, Transformation and HR across listed, private equity and venture capital-backed businesses in the UK, US and Europe.

The role:

• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and networking
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and identifying aligned candidates
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Developing a strong understanding of your market to become a trusted specialist
• Managing your workload effectively while working towards individual targets
• Conducting candidate interviews and supporting client meetings, both virtually and in person
