Albion Rye Associates are delighted to be hiring 2 x graduates, starting in May 2026.

A life in recruitment isn’t for everyone, but for those in the industry, most will safely say they wouldn’t want to do anything else!!

A mix of formal and on desk training dedicated to welcoming you to the world of recruitment to include:

Source and qualify candidates
Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
Arrange and prepare candidates for interview, relay feedback, close deals and conduct post-placement follow ups
Update and create CVs, cover letters and provide other support relating to individual applications
Actively network with candidates to obtain potential contacts & business leads
Keep up to date with market news and events
Participate in business development activities to win new business

Excellent communication and organisation skills
A passionate, positive, motivating attitude
No fear attitude
Office based in RH6 (Gatwick)
Not essential but handy – Additional language skills such as; German, French or Mandarin

Commission earned from day 1 – no caps or thresholds
Quarterly bonuses
Yearly company trips abroad – past trips: Cape Town, Monte Carlo, Budapest
Quarterly directors lunches
Salesperson of the year = trip away/item of choice
Other billing-orientated rewards = night away/tailored suit/weekend away + free annual leave
