Project Manager – Mechanically Biased | £30M MEP Process Plant Extension

We’re working with a leading engineering client delivering a £30 million MEP installation for an extension to a process plant in South Wales. They’re looking for a Project Manager with a mechanical bias to join the team and take ownership of project delivery.

Role Overview

• Lead the mechanical and MEP aspects of the project, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate between client, contractors, and internal teams to drive progress.
• Manage planning, resourcing, and scheduling across multiple disciplines.
• Monitor quality, compliance, and health & safety standards.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong mechanical engineering or construction background.
• Experience managing large-scale MEP or process plant projects.
• Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and solution‑focused approach.
