Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Norbury. The Project Manager will oversee property management initiatives, ensure project timelines and objectives are met, coordinate logistics, manage day-to-day operations, and supervise inspections. The role includes collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure efficient project delivery in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, executing, and monitoring projects.
  • Experience with Expediting and serving as an Expeditor in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge in Inspection processes to uphold quality and compliance standards.
  • Skills in Logistics Management, including coordinating movements and schedules effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role is a strong advantage.
