A well-established engineering manufacturer in Derbyshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver complex, multi-disciplinary projects within a high-precision, fast-paced environment.
This role would suit someone with a strong background in CNC, operations, and production planning who can coordinate multiple teams and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and manufacturing projects from initial concept through to completion
- Coordinate CNC, operations, and production departments to achieve project targets
- Create, manage, and update detailed project plans and schedules
- Ensure resources, timelines, and budgets are monitored and controlled
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous development
About You
- Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or engineering setting
- Strong understanding of CNC machining and operational workflows
- Excellent planning, communication, and stakeholder management skills
