What You’ll Do as a Senior Consultant
- Take full ownership of a UK property & construction niche, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from client development through to successful placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior professionals across the market, adopting a consultative approach that aligns with client and candidate priorities.
- Strategically grow your desk through proactive business development, negotiation, and market expansion.
- Manage and develop high‑value client accounts, delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes within specialist sectors.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to a high‑performing team culture while delivering outstanding experiences for clients and candidates.

- Proven experience in 360 recruitment, ideally within property, construction, or other technical/professional markets.
- Strong business development and relationship‑building skills with a proactive approach to winning new clients.
- Commercially minded, target‑driven, and motivated to grow your own market niche.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and consultative skills.
- Self‑motivated, resilient, and driven by career progression, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential.
