Job Description – Project Manager (26515). Salary Circa £48,000 per annum (negotiable on experience) plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan. Permanent, full time (37.5 hours) Hybrid working; from home and our office at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne. We can’t offer a CoS for this role.

As Project Manager in our Programme Management team, you’ll use your expertise in both Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies to deliver change projects, ensuring full stakeholder engagement. It’s all about building strong relationships, managing expectations, and playing a key role in supporting change that benefits our customers.
What you’ll do
- Leading business change across multiple workstreams using our Project@Home framework. Exciting projects we are currently supporting include implementation of a Salesforce CRM, enhancing the future of our Repairs and Maintenance services and delivery and a new Wide Area Network (WAN) service provider.
- Manage projects using both waterfall and agile SCRUM methods, ensuring timely and successful delivery. You’ll be collaborating with project sponsors and stakeholders to understand project scope and key deliverables, maintaining these important relationships whilst ensuring expectations are met.
- Utilise Smartsheet for planning, tracking, automating, and real-time reporting on project progress.
- Ensuring agile delivery in our Programme Management team, defining processes and managing products effectively.

You have
- A PRINCE 2 or APM PMQ qualification with strong experience in applying agile and waterfall methodologies to enable project delivery.
- Experience in project planning and resource management, using project controls and risk management. You’ll be an expert in IT change management that is focused on delivering customer benefits.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to achieve win-win outcomes. You’ll be a great influencer and able to think outside of the box on how things can be done more efficiently.
- Able to build and maintain important stakeholder relationships, quickly gaining the confidence of colleagues and senior leaders.
We’d also love if you have
- Experience in implementing large-scale, cloud-based CRM platforms such as Salesforce or equivalent.
- Track record of delivering data-focused projects with attention to data architecture, engineering, governance, reporting, and analytics.
- Flexible working hours, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You’ll manage your own diary. If you need a break to take delivery of your new fridge or take a longer lunch for a haircut, you can use your flexi time to manage that.
- This is a hybrid role, and you’ll spend a couple of days a week at our office at One Strawberry Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne and the rest working at home.
