An established M&E Building Services contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver projects across East Anglia and Cambridgeshire. Projects range from £2m-£20m across commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, progression, and involvement in technically challenging schemes.
Position: Mechanical Project ManagerSalary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annumLocation: North Cambridge
The Role
You will manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee mechanical installations from design to completion
- Lead site teams and subcontractors
- Manage client and consultant relationships
- Coordinate procurement, programme, and reporting
- Ensure full H&S and regulatory compliance
