DATA ANALYST (Customer/Marketing)
LOCATION – CENTRAL LONDON – 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE
The Role
As Data Analyst, you will be involved in the following:
- Own end-to-end analytics projects across marketing, CRM, and promotions
- Use SQL (BigQuery) to interrogate large datasets, including customer and campaign data
- Build dashboards and deliver insight to stakeholders
- Analyse registration and sign-up data for new digital initiatives
- Provide insights for subscription and premium content offerings
- Support on experimentation and A/B testing initiatives
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in analytics (customer, marketing, or similar)
- SQL skills essential (BigQuery experience preferred)
- Experience in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate data into actionable insights
