This role will provide psychological leadership and therapeutic oversight across multiple complex packages supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, trauma, learning disabilities, emotional and behavioural needs, mental health presentations, and histories of placement breakdown. The successful candidate will work closely alongside Operations, Clinical Leads, Psychiatry, PBS, and frontline teams to ensure placements remain stable, therapeutic, and psychologically informed.
