This is it! That job you’ve been waiting for. A position where you’ll be doing your boss's job now.

The timing is absolutely perfect if you’re a Senior CDM PD / Consultant who knows you can take the next step and want a brighter future for yourself and your family.

You’d work for a Director of CDM nationally and a team all over the country that’ll support you all the way to become the regional ‘Head of CDM’ at Associate level, with a significant team under you. Locally there are a few dozen colleagues from other disciplines that you’ll work really closely with.

They don’t expect you to have any clients or win loads of work or anything. That’s all in hand.

All you need to focus on is delivering your projects and doing a good job. Just like you’re probably doing right now. The difference is, you’ll feel like you’re being developed from day one and on the journey to bigger and better things.

You’ll have loads of support.

You’d work with 70 odd staff in the business as a whole, so the company is big to offer a launch pad, but not yet so that you’ll ever feel like a number.

You get up to 30 days of holiday from day one, that’s an extra week or two with your feet up than most people get. You also get plenty of flexibility and bespoke deal on when and where you work.

It’s an environment where you’re not expected to do overtime and though it’s growing, the projects won’t overload you. If it’s getting that busy it’ll be time for your first member of staff.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll advise end user clients and lead consultants on CDM (2015) compliance, helping them understand their responsibilities and navigate the regulations smoothly.

From reviewing design information to preparing pre-construction info and health & safety files, you’ll ensure projects stay safe and compliant from the start.

Site inspections and audits.

Mentoring junior consultants and helping shaping company best practice internally and externally.

What You'll Need

Strong CDM experience equivalent to ‘Senior CDM PD / Consultant’

NEBOSH and/or APS accreditation.

Confidence in client-facing and design team facing situations.

How to Apply

No need to rush a CV if you don't have one ready. Best to DM Matt Kirk on LinkedIn and show me your profile or an old CV. We can update it later if you're still interested after you have all of the facts.
