Join a fast-paced international mobile telecoms business on a mission to transform digital customer experience through cutting-edge technology.

This is a hands‑on Product Manager role for someone passionate about shaping digital products, improving customer experiences, and exploring the possibilities of AI.

Salary: Up to £80k

Based: London (3 days in office)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Define and refine the chatbot roadmap, delivering continuous improvements that align with both business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and local teams to translate requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
  • Work alongside tech, data science, and CX teams to implement enhancements efficiently.
  • Support local markets, ensuring the chatbot meets country‑specific needs while remaining scalable across Europe.
  • Track performance and analyse insights, using data to prioritise the backlog and drive meaningful improvements.

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering value as a Product Manager in digital environments.
  • Curiosity and interest in chatbot and conversational products — deep technical expertise is not essential.
  • User‑focused mindset, with a strong understanding of digital customer journeys.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, comfortable in both sprint reviews and executive presentations.
  • Strategic and data‑literate, able to zoom out to see the big picture while analysing details to inform priorities.
  • A hands‑on, adaptable approach — whether leading team ceremonies, designing journeys, or conducting in‑depth testing, you’re ready to roll up your sleeves.

Nice to have (Not essential):

  • Experience with chatbot or AI‑driven products.
  • Background in customer service or operational teams.
  • Experience in a central role supporting local teams.
