The Role:
You’ll be working with a varied portfolio of clients, from sole traders and partnerships to small and medium-sized limited companies across a range of industries. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing year-end accounts
- Management accounts preparation
- VAT returns and bookkeeping duties
- Assisting with tax computations
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries and build lasting relationships
- Supporting senior staff with ad hoc projects
- Working with cloud-based software such as Xero, QuickBooks and Sage

Requirements
About You:
This role would suit someone who is already working within an accountancy practice and is keen to take that next step in their career.
AAT qualified, or part-qualified ACA / ACCA
Previous experience in a UK practice setting is essential
Comfortable preparing, or reviewing, accounts and VAT returns
Confident communicating directly with clients
A team player with a proactive attitude
Eager to continue studying and progressing
What’s on Offer:
Salary likely in the region of £28,000-£40,000 dependent on experience
