This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, client service experience, and the confidence to manage enquiries in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling incoming calls and client enquiries professionally
• Booking appointments and managing consultations
• Following up leads and converting enquiries into appointments
• Managing reception and front desk duties
• Assisting with telesales, client intake, and business development
• Updating CRM and internal systems accurately
• Providing administrative and operational support to the team
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining professionalism at all times
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong telephone manner and confidence speaking with clients
• Previous experience in reception, call centre, telesales, customer service, or administration preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple enquiries
• Professional, organised, and motivated attitude
• Law firm experience is advantageous but not essential
